Construction has begun for Howland House, a 1,800sf ground-up structure in Yarmouth, Maine.
The new structure mimics the form of the existing house while utilizing a vernacular approach to barn design, incorporating elements such as oversized openings helping to differentiate the two buildings.
We’re thrilled to share that AAmp’s transformation of a 1960s bank into Municipal Grand, a boutique hotel in Savannah, is featured in Architectural Record’s October issue. The article celebrates our passion for design that bridges eras, honoring the building’s midcentury legacy while infusing it with new life and warmth.
