Cat’s out of the bag! AAmp is excited to announce that we’re providing the architecture and design for a new 90+ room boutique hotel in downtown Portland, ME. Carefully restoring and repurposing Maine’s first high-rise – known as the Fidelity Trust Building built in 1910 – the former bank will be home to a hotel with a large double-height lobby restaurant and bar, lower level bar, fitness facility and other amenities. Savannah’s coming along! 🚧 This summer we saw a lot of transformation at our @municipal_grand hotel project! All of the steel is installed for the new rooftop pool, stairs and elevators are in, and most of the large mechanical units are in place! Very excited to keep this progress going.
