AAmp is excited to announce that we’re designing a new 90+ room boutique hotel in downtown Portland, ME. Carefully restoring and repurposing Maine’s first high-rise, known as the Fidelity Trust Building built in 1910, the former bank will be home to a hotel with a large double-height lobby bar and restaurant, lower-level bar, fitness facility and other amenities. We’re looking forward to its continued development with a fantastic client and consultant team!
