We are honored to receive an AIA Maine Merit Award for Excellence in Architecture for Harbor House. Sited along a narrow shoreline lot, the home utilizes the existing building footprint of the original home due to zoning and land preservation restrictions. Large dormers punctuate the large gable roof to frame views of the water beyond. These dormers conceptually form a cube interlocking with the primary gable form.
