Death & Co Seattle
This project marks Death & Company’s newest establishment, following their successful locations in New York, Denver, Los Angeles, Washington D.C, Melbourne and Brisbane. Located within Railspur, a recently revitalized historic enclave in the heart of Seattle, the 1,850 square foot space on the ground floor of a historic alley is thoughtfully designed to evoke a warm, intimate atmosphere.
At the core of the design is a horseshoe shaped bar, anchoring the room, surrounded by a mix of booths and varied seating. Working with the existing building’s exposed brick and wood beams, the palette leans into warm wood tones, layered with deep reds and rich green accents, creating a sense of depth and comfort. Toward the rear, a semi private booth wrapped in expressive wallpaper offers a more secluded, immersive experience within the venue.
Extending outward, a patio integrates seamlessly with Railspur’s lively historic alleyway, connecting the interior to the energy of the surrounding neighborhood. The project is currently in construction and set to open in summer 2026
